Order cancellation can be done online via "Order History" link located in the Shopping Cart Box. Orders that are still able to be cancelled will have a "Cancel" link located next to the total price. Most orders in the "Processing" stage can be cancelled. Exceptions occur when processing is in fact complete, but order status has not yet been updated on the website. Orders beyond the processing stage cannot be cancelled.
